Sarah McLachlan is an experienced Physiotherapist of 15 years, a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Certified teacher of 12 years as well as a Barre Attack Certified Instructor. She created this space to share knowledge, educate, empower and grow with you, to guide and motivate you on YOUR journey to health and wellness through movement.

Sarah is an elite road and mountain bike cyclist who has raced both Nationally and Internationally for over 22 years. She works closely with athletes for performance and injury management, as well as practical and functional strength for every body.
Sarah's biggest passion is to embody and uphold the gift of health – not only to allow her best life to unfold, but to inspire and motivate others to be at their greatest health as well. She thrives in the realm of helping others. In physical, mental, emotional and environmental health, and beyond.
